ITüpferl – Bits@Work

Augmented reality, a virtual flight through Colorado or robots in action – at ITüpferl the Department of Informatics illustrates modern informatics research. In the "research workshop", young scientists do research on cutting-edge projects and demonstrate their works to our visitors. The occupational group changes yearly: This way you will learn about the diversity of informatics research in a gradual way. Visit us during opening hours. As students or school classes, as the case may be, you are cordially welcome.

At ITüpferl, students can come in contact with scientists in an informal and easy atmosphere. And perhaps you will even find a study project or a theme for your final paper.

In addition to the research workshop, one can also view some exhibits from the history of informatics at ITüpferl, an original desktop PC and hard disks from different generations among other things.

The offering at ITüpferl:

 - Research Workshop
