• Informatics (diploma)
• Postgraduate studies in informatics

Style

• DIN A 4
• printed
• no handwritten parts

Cover

• Carton (no transparent foil, no plastic- or rubberized covers)

Binding

• strong binding (no Lochbindung, Ringbindung or Spiralbindung)

Printing on Cover Sheet

• "Technische Universität München"; optional the TUM logo
• "Fakultät für Informatik" ; optional the faculty logo
• Diplomarbeit | Master's Thesis | Bachelor's Thesis) in (Informatik | Wirtschaftsinformatik | Angewandte Informatik | Bioinformatik | ...)
• Thesis titel (In the language of the thesis)
  • Beware! If the title differs from the declared one, the new title must be confirmed by the supervisor.
  • Beware!!If the thesis is written in english, the title must be english as well.
• But „Technische Universität München“must always be in german, do not translate it into english
• First name und last name of the editor

Beware!!! No handwritten notes or bonded logos, ... on the cover sheet!

Spine

• Editor and short title (lasting attachment, e.g. taped text with wide tape, readable from top to bottom, or printed)

First Page

• Replication of the cover information
  
  • the title has to be declared in german as well as in english

• Additionally:
  
  • Supervisor: first and last name of the supervisor
  • (Academic title of the professor must be declared, e.g. Prof. Dr. or Prof. name, Ph.D.)
  • Advisor: academic title, first and last name of the advisor
  • Submission Date (is always the actual submission date, must not be handwritten)

Beware! Do not decalare the Matrikelnummer, birthdate, place of birth, name of the degree course, e-mail address, address or telephone number, no declaration date

Second Page

• The following declaration:
  Ich versichere, dass ich diese Diplomarbeit (Master’s Thesis usw.) selbständig verfasst und nur die angegebenen Quellen und Hilfsmittel verwendet habe.
• With date (may also be handwritten) and handwritten signature
• If the thesis is in english, the declaration has to be in english as well (I assure the single handed composition of this diploma thesis (master's thesis,...) only supported by declared resources)

Disposal

One copy as official evidence copy at the  Infopoint within the opening hours.

• • For confirmation of your enrollment please bring your student card!
  • Appointment is always the 15th of a month or the first working day if the 15th is a saturday, sunday or public holiday.
  • Voluntary early disposal is possible.
• One copy for the supervisor
• Voluntarily one copy for the faculty library
• Voluntarily one copy for the advisor
