The Infopoint Informatics is your first contact for all questions concerning your study programm in the Department of Informatics

Services:

a) Examination Procedures:

• Possibility to hand in the Master’s and Bachelor’s thesis
• Support with exposure to TUM­Online
• Acceptance of applications and registration of written examinations
  
• Receipt of attestations and sick notes 
  
• Issuance of certificates 
  
• Procurement of contact persons at the Secretary for Studies Office

 b) Computer Identification/Certificate:

• Acceptance of applications for computer identification 
  
• Issuance of computer identification
  
• Issuance of certificates
  

 c) Aptitude Test:

• Registration for the oral aptitude test interview

 d) Other "revolving around the course of study":

• Information about any themes related to your studies, i.e.: Bafög, social aspects, living etc. in person, per telephone, fax or in writing per email/letter
  
• Imparting of competent contact person info
  
• Additionally, a suggestion box is at your disposal as a means of communicating your wishes, concerns, suggestions and criticisms.
