Carl von Linde Academy
The Carl von Linde Academy is an institute of Technische Universität München that tries to establish a link between science and the economy. It wants to promote a better understanding of what constitutes good management and cooperation, of how to make decisions and calculate risks, of how to take responsibilities and of how to stay open to change.
The Language Center of Technische Universität München offers a variety of language courses from Arabic to Japanese as well as seminars for intercultural communication and German as a Foreign Language.
This center for innovation and start-ups promotes entrepreneurial thinking and action and supervises students and junior scientists within the university who want to found a company.
TUM students and academic staff who want to found a company can use gate (German: Garchinger Technologie- und Gründerzentrum; i.e. Technology and Corporate Foundation Center Garching) facilities to develop and market products from the mechatronics, the information and communication as well as the software sector.
