You came with one of our exchange programs Erasmus, LAOTSE or TUMExchange? You are writing your thesis at our faculty or are doing an internship here?
We will help you finding courses and with all kind of academic and administrative affairs regarding your studies at TUM and your stay in Munich.
We will contact you before you arrive and help you with finding housing and with questions about your stay at TUM and in Munich. We provide a one-to-one tutor service for our exchange students, so that she or he has a TUM partner student at her or his hand.
When you are here we offer an information meeting, regular informal meetings and an interesting cultural and social program.
The initial information meeting will take place in the beginning of the semester at the faculty of Informatics in Garching. There you will get information about access to computer accounts, exams, your transcript of records you will get at the end of your studies and many other things. You can discuss your chosen courses and other acedemic questions with our academic advisor. We will sign arrival certifications, tell you about possible leisure activities and try to answer all the questions you have.
