Last Friday and Saturday, the 21st Integreat Developer Conference took place. The conference, usually hosted at the Chair for Information Systems, was held virtually. Topics included presentations and discussions on technical upgrades to the Integreat application and platform as well as on the evaluation of the impact of Integreat. More than 30 participants took part in different sessions covering retrospectives on the progress made last year and development session.
Integreat is a non-profit information platform for refugees and newcomers to Germany. Supported by the Chair for Information Systems, the project was launched in 2015. Since then, more than 60 municipalities in Germany are using the Integreat platform to disseminate important information among refugees and newcomers. More information: https://integreat-app.de/
